From recognition as a national best value college, to top-notch online graduate business and education degree programs, to a nursing program named among the very best in the state of Ohio, Baldwin Wallace University is once again on a variety of lists measuring quality in higher education.
Kiplinger's Personal Finance placed BW on its list of "Best College Values" for 2018, a national collection of 300 "standout public and private schools, based on quality and affordability." Kiplinger's defines value as "a high-quality education at an affordable price. We were the first to assess colleges based on a combination of a school's academic merits and the cost of attendance."
In naming both BW's Hybrid (online) MBA and online Master of Education to national best lists, U.S. News and World Report noted that "an online master's degree in business can equip students with leadership skills that are vital to advancing careers," while "earning a [graduate] education degree online can lead to career growth for current and future educators."
Online MBA Today also singled out BW for inclusion on its national list of 2018's Top 50 Online MBA in Management Programs.
BW's nursing program has been ranked as one of the best in Ohio, moving up two spots to third in the state on the annual list produced by registerednursing.org. Nursing programs were assessed on "how well a program supports students towards licensure and beyond" by analyzing past and present first-time NCLEX-RN "pass rates," weighted by year.
