Join us for a Sample MBA Class on Strategic Management and learn how BW's graduate business programs can fit into your life and be a catalyst for future success. During the event, you'll have the opportunity to speak with faculty and staff who will help you understand our programs.
After a brief overview of our graduate business programs, we will provide a short sample MBA class on our Strategic Management capstone course. Dr. Ven Ochaya, a business administration and strategy professor at the BW Carmel Boyer School of Business, will teach this course. Dr. Ochaya teaches business management, strategic marketing, B2B marketing, entrepreneurship, innovation & change management, strategic planning, development, execution & management and various capstone and field experience courses across BW's undergraduate, graduate and professional development programs.
Sample MBA Class: Strategic Management
In this sample class, Dr. Ochaya will provide an introduction to strategic management and explain the business strategy game where student teams compete against each other in a global marketplace simulation. In our full 8-week MBA strategic management capstone course, students apply the culmination of knowledge gained through previous MBA coursework to learn how to make effective business decisions. The course focuses on teaching enterprise management with lessons on strategic analysis, planning and development, implementation and execution, and competitive assessment.
