Invention No. 3: 92nd Annual Baldwin Wallace Bach Festival

Bach Three-Part Invention

The 2024 Bach Festival is pleased to present the Festival in 3 parts, or Inventions, with events in October, January and April.

We cherish our traditions, honor our students and forge forward to contextualize Bach's music and his legacy for the 21st century. Join us to experience Bach's impact on music spanning generations.

This year:

  • The Baroque band ACRONYM returns in concert.
  • BWV: Cleveland's Bach Choir performs the motets and cantatas of J.S. Bach, as well as a newly commissioned work by BW Composer-in-Residence Dr. Clint Needham.
  • The weekend culminates with Bach's dramatic "St. John Passion" presented by the BW Symphony Orchestra and Bach Festival Choir, with a fantastic roster of guest artists.

Ticket subscriptions and single tickets are available at bw.edu/tickets.
