Amy Wilson joined Baldwin Wallace University in 2023, teaching Lab Medicine and Diagnostics. She previously taught at Ashland University in the physician assistant program, teaching Clinical Diagnostics and Procedures.
She has 15 years of experience in clinical practice. Her previous clinical experience includes rheumatology, family medicine and emergency medicine. She currently works clinically in an emergency department, where she serves as a preceptor for students, mentors new graduates in the transition to practice program and participates on a peer-review panel for documentation reviews.
She maintains professional membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Ohio Association of Physician Assistant and Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants.
