Ryan Robbins is a BW alumnus and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is currently the vice president of alliance partnerships at the Hall of Fame Resort and Entertainment Company.
As vice president, Robbins is responsible for the strategic vision of new business partnerships, managing the business partnership team and developing partnerships with local, regional and national brands that fit the vision of the Hall of Fame Village.
Robbins joined BW to teach Sport Sales & Sponsorship for the undergraduate sport management programs. This course offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the sales process of major professional sports organizations. It also focuses on the fundamentals of ticket sales and sponsorship sales, with special attention to the sales process and the importance of customer service and retention.
Robbins has extensive experience in ticket and sponsorship sales based on his current role and previous roles with the New Orleans Saints (Ticket Sales Supervisor), Cleveland Browns (Manager of Ticket Sales), Chicago Fire (Director of Sales), Oakland Raiders (Director of Premium Seating), and Cleveland Guardians (Director of Corporate Partnerships & Premium Hospitality).
