Kelly Parks is a lecturer of dance in the BW Conservatory of Performing Arts. She is also the owner and director of Medina Centre for Dance Art and has been training dancers for over 40 years.

Parks is a member of the National Dance Association, the International Dance Entrepreneurs Association and the National Dance Education Organization. She serves the community through her involvement with Leadership Medina County and by serving on the board of directors for Main Street Medina and the Medina Arts Council. She is also a Mastery Member of the Dance Studio Owners Association and was recently awarded the "Excellence in Business" award at the 2024 international conference.
