Julie A. Miller joined Baldwin Wallace University in 2009. Currently the director of the public relations program, she brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare public relations, marketing and sales management to the classroom.

Miller was a certified sales trainer and Health and Human Services Medal of Honor Award winner. Miller is also an accredited (APR) member of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and qualified in the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator and Majors Personality Type Indicator with certificates in DiSC, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Modes Instrument and FIRO-B workplace behavior assessment.

Miller has a Bachelor of Arts in business and organizational communication and a Master of Arts in higher education administration both from The University of Akron where she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in curricular and instructional design.
