Prior to coming to Baldwin Wallace, Keiber taught at Otterbein University as a visiting professor.
His primary interests concern the ways in which technology creates and mitigates global governance and security problems.
His most recent work covers how countries work together to conduct surveillance on individuals suspected of being involved with terrorism.
