Jennifer Juguilon-Hottle is the president of J2H Consulting Group, a business coaching and consulting firm specializing in the growth and profitability of small to medium size businesses. Hottle brings over 15 years of business management, strategic planning and financial analysis experience.
Hottle serves as part-time faculty in the BW Carmel Boyer School of Business, teaching both undergraduate and graduate business programs. Hottle has taught problem solving in healthcare in the healthcare undergraduate program and accounting of financial resources in the healthcare MBA program. Hottle is also a part-time faculty member for Bryant and Stratton College and Miami Jacobs Career College, teaching courses in healthcare accounting and finance and principals of accounting I, II and II.
Hottle began her career as the office manager for an independent medical practice. She was instrumental in transforming the business into a multi-speciality group practice that served the Greater Cleveland area, and she later was promoted to the director of finance and human resource management. She was responsible for budget preparation, quarterly financial analysis, cash management, relationship management with vendors and suppliers, revenue cycle management, compliance oversight and employee relations.
In addition to her career as a business coach and teacher, Hottle is also a guest speaker at numerous conferences and collaborates with local incubator groups providing workshops for small business owners in areas of creating budgets, business plans and resource management.
Hottle is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and a Certified Profit First Coach with Profit First Professionals.
