Kara Hodge, CCC-SLP, is an assistant professor of BW's communication sciences and disorders program. Her primary role is clinical supervision at the on campus speech clinic as well as partnerships within the community.
She is returning to her undergraduate alma mater following clinical experience in pediatric outpatient clinics, private and public schools, and sub-acute care settings. She is a certified member of the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the state of Ohio in Speech Language Pathology.
Clinical areas of interest include early intervention, functional intervention with high needs populations, and pediatric hearing impairment.
