"During my last semester at Hiram, I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue my education. After much research, I decided to apply to BW's MAcc program. Since I wanted to earn my 150 credit hours to become eligible for the CPA exam, I felt that obtaining my master's degree was the best way to do this. I loved that BW's program incorporated the Becker CPA review course into their curriculum while other universities did not. It was also invaluable to have the opportunity to ask professors questions about the CPA exam.
Knowing that I did not attend BW for my undergraduate degree, my professors helped me become oriented with BW's campus and culture. They were always around to answer questions and provide support. Dr. Linda Chase pushed me to achieve goals I never thought were possible. On her recommendation, I attended Meet the Accountants Night, where I networked with several companies. That night, I stopped at KeyBank's booth where they offered me an interview on the spot. After 5 interviews and 3 job offers, I accepted an offer to work in KeyBank's trust tax department. Attending BW was one of the best decisions I've made, and I guarantee if you decide to continue your education, you will not regret choosing BW."
