What makes BW distinctive for me?
BW was my home away from home! I have made so many lifelong friends and developed a strong support system. The university works to create an environment where students feel heard, supported and part of a tight-knit community.

What do I love most about Berea and Cleveland?
Berea has a rich community culture with a focus on arts, music and local events. You can enjoy the local farmer's market, galleries and events that reflect the town's artistic spirit.

What is the most interesting place I have visited?
Munich, Germany. There’s so much to explore — whether it’s the unique blend of old-world charm and modern life, or the beautiful parks and historical sites like the Nymphenburg Palace, or the Glockenspiel at Marienplatz.

If I got to meet any historical figure, who would it be and why?
Josephine Redding. Meeting her would be a fascinating opportunity because she played a pivotal role in shaping one of the most influential fashion publications in history. Redding's vision helped elevate Vogue from a society magazine to a global fashion authority, and her contributions are a key part of the magazine's legacy.

My message to prospective students thinking about the value of college and BW:
As a double alum of the university, BW holds a special place in my heart for not only the classroom education I received but also the world education through internships, organizations and athletics. BW prepares you to go out into the world and thrive but know you always have a place at the university. This is a university that wants every student to succeed in whatever their passion is. I can say with confidence that I would not be who I am or where I am in life without BW, and for that I will be forever thankful.
