What makes BW distinctive for me?
Without question, it's the talented and engaging faculty and staff all across campus. I work most closely with the Physician Assistant and Speech-Language Pathology programs. As a graduate student, you will get to know your faculty and classmates very well. You'll have advisors and mentors, and you'll be part of a cohort of students who take classes and together. You become part of a community here. The faculty are extremely skilled and will stretch you to learn and excel. At the same time, they are approachable and real ... you'll get to know them as teachers and once you graduate, many of them will become professional colleagues and friends.

What do I love most about Berea and Cleveland?
Berea has a lovely suburban charm of a college town, with easy access to the professional connections and diversity of things to do in Cleveland, just 20 minutes away. The Metroparks, filled with winding paths, lakes and picnic areas, is literally minutes from campus.

My message to prospective students thinking about advancing their education at BW:
At BW, our faculty are focused on your growth and learning, with an eye toward successful outcomes. You’ll experience tremendous clinical experiences with some of the top employers in Northeast Ohio. Our pass rates on the national certification exams are outstanding. Bring your best to Baldwin Wallace, with confidence that you will successfully achieve your career goals.

Where would I still like to visit that I haven’t already?
I love to travel!! Last year I visited four of the national parks in Utah – it was an amazing trip that I will remember forever! Bryce, Zion, Capital Reef, Canyonlands and so much more. I love the Oregon Coast with its rocky coastline and fabulous outcroppings. I saw wild horses on the Outer Banks coast. And a few years ago I visited southern Italy – I would love to go back!

What am I currently reading in my spare time?
I'm currently reading The Women by Kristin Hannah, an historical fiction that follows the lives of three combat nurses during the Vietnam War and their lives after returning home. Hannah also authored The Nightengale, a story of two sisters in France who struggle to survive the German occupation during World War II. I love her writing.
