What makes BW distinctive for me?
As somebody who attended high school next door to BW, the college has been a pillar of the community in which I grew up. Many of my peers have benefited directly from Baldwin Wallace. The location of the campus — just minutes from downtown Cleveland and at the edge of the Cleveland Metroparks — makes the campus especially unique, in my opinion. I cannot imagine Berea without BW.
What do I love most about Berea and Cleveland?
Berea has a small "college town" feel. The proximity of campus to Cleveland, and all that downtown has to offer, makes our campus one of a kind.
What is the most interesting place I have visited?
I've been to Sweden twice and would love to make it back for a third trip!
Where would I still like to visit that I haven't already?
I would love to get the chance to visit Italy.
My message to prospective students thinking about the value of college and BW:
Deciding which college you will attend is no small task. It’s one of the largest decisions of a prospective student’s young life and it should be considered thoroughly. If you are a student and your "must-have" college list includes a high-level personalized education and a tight-knit community with the potential to build relationships which last a life time, then BW could be an amazing fit for you.
