Duane Battle brings over 15 years of professional experience in television production and broadcast journalism to BW. He worked for 12 years at WJW-Fox 8 Cleveland in the engineering department. His professional responsibilities at Fox 8 included studio and control room operations and electronic news gathering. Battle most recently worked as the career tech television production instructor at Elyria High School. He helped create and design the television production curriculum, in which high school students were able to earn college credit. He earned a master's degree in career and technical education from Kent State University in 2012. He received a bachelor's degree from Cleveland State University in communication and broadcasting.
