Secure Your Enrollment in the Accelerated BSN Program

All new ABSN students must complete the following steps to secure their enrollment in this selective degree program. Payments are nonrefundable and will be applied directly to your first semester tuition in the nursing program.

Set Up Your BW Network Account (Access Your Username)

The BW network gives you access to BW email, Canvas and online resources you'll use as a nursing student and member of the BW community.

To retrieve your BW username and email, visit your admitted student portal. After logging in to your portal and retrieving your username, follow the instructions on the page below your username and set a password for your new BW email. Have the phone associated with the number used when applying to BW. This is used to confirm your identity when setting your new BW email password.

Pay Your $300 New Student Deposit

All recently admitted ABSN students must pay a $300 New Student Deposit within two weeks of admission to secure their seat in the cohort.

Online payment instructions: Log into the BW Payment Portal using your BW username. If you have questions, please contact the office of admission at graduate@bw.edu or (440) 826-8012.

In the BW Payment Portal, follow these steps to make your payment:

Select DEPOSITS in the top menu
Select your TERM (Fall 2025)
From the SELECT A DEPOSIT dropdown, choose ACCELERATED BSN 300
Complete the steps in Payment Portal using your preferred payment method

Pay by Mail

If you prefer to mail a check, please make it payable to Baldwin Wallace University with your name and student ID, and the notation 'Accelerated BSN Program - new student deposit'.

Confirm Your Enrollment - Pay $1,000 Tuition Deposit by May 1

All admitted ABSN students must pay a tuition deposit of $1,000 by May 1 to secure their enrollment.
