About Purchasing

We are dedicated to providing service and assistance to students, faculty and various departments in making the best decisions by identifying needs, providing information on current requirements and alternate sources of supply.

Procurement will be made on the best terms and overall cost consistent with an appropriate level of quality. Acquisitions will be made on a competitive basis maximizing value for each dollar expended. We will give fair and impartial consideration to all interested suppliers, who can meet the requirements of the University in terms of quantity, quality, delivery and service.

Visitors are welcome! While appointments are not necessary, you are advised to make an appointment to be sure that the buyer will be available.

Where do we ship our orders?

All orders are shipped to Baldwin Wallace University, Central Receiving Department, 400 North Rocky River Drive, Berea, Ohio 44017. Please have packages addressed to the attention of the person and department where it will need to be delivered.
