Preparing for Your Summer Orientation
What do I need to bring with me?
Remember, you are required to stay overnight, so pack your bag! A pillow, linens, and a towel will be provided. We suggest bringing:
- Casual Clothes - for comfort as you travel through the day.
- Toiletries
- An Alarm Clock (or be sure your cell phone has a working alarm!)
- Your email username & password. You will need it while you are here!
- Driver's License
- If planning on working on campus, please bring completed tax forms. (Do not date I-9 form!)
Most Important: A Positive Attitude! It is the key to a great Orientation!
Where should my parents/family stay?
If you parents/family are coming to Orientation with you and need to stay overnight as well, they should reserve a room at one of our area hotels. We have a list of hotels, many of which have a BW rate.
Transportation From the Airport:
If you are traveling by yourself from the airport and need a ride to campus, we are happy to pick you up! Please let us know the time you will be arriving and someone from our Orientation Staff will meet you at the airport. You can call us at (440) 826-2356 to make arrangements.
