Beech Street Complex

A new experience for new students - opening August 2013

Suite style rooms with in-suite bathrooms, study lounges with smart boards and multiple computer display capability, large glass walled atrium for studying and events, a modern kitchen, indoor bike storage and more will be part of the new Beech Street Complex opening in August 2013!  Current applicants to the University who are beginning their college careers will be able to select the Beech Street Complex as one of their preferred housing options.

The Beech Street Complex is a complete renovation of the existing 63 Beech, Klein and Saylor halls.  The entire inside is each building is being completely removed and transformed into a modern student-centered living environment for Baldwin Wallace's first year students.  An expansion to the west side of each building and the completion of the new "West Quad" will complete this area's transformation.
