Early Arrival Information and Application

Baldwin Wallace University campus housing will open for the Fall 2015 semester on Wednesday, August 19 for First Year Students, Friday, August 21 for apartment residents and on Saturday, August 22 for all other returning students.  Any student who needs to arrive prior to these dates for any reason should carefully read the following information for approved early arrival times and dates.

If you are part of a sponsored, pre-approved group, you are still required to submit an early arrival application!  Contact your coach, supervisor, etc. to make sure you are on their list and to find out if they have already submitted an application on your behalf.

If you are not part of a sponsored, pre-approved group, but still desire early move-in, you must still submit an application.  Please note that if approved, you will be billed $25 per night for your early arrival, and that not all check-in times are available for non-sponsored students.
