Early Arrival Information and Application

Baldwin Wallace University campus housing will open for the Fall 2014 semester on Thursday, August 21 for First Year Students, Friday, August 22 for apartment residents and on Saturday, August 23 for all other returning students.  Any student who needs to arrive prior to these dates for any reason should carefully read the following information for approved early arrival times and dates.

If you are part of a sponsored, pre-approved group, you are still required to submit an early arrival application!  Contact your coach, supervisor, etc. to make sure you are on their list and to find out if they have already submitted an application on your behalf.

Approved groups include:

  • New Students attending the final orientation session
  • Jacket Link Mentors and Participants
  • Sophomore Year Experience Participants
  • Fall Sports (football, cross-country, soccer, volleyball, and cheerleaders)
  • Athletic Trainers
  • Orientation Leaders
  • International Student Services Ambassadors
  • Marching Band
  • Discover Cleveland Participants & Course Assistants
  • COL 101 and SYE Course Assistants
  • Honors Program New Residents
  • Greek Moving Company
  • Recreation Center Staff
  • WOW Diversity Session Facilitators

 

If you are not part of a sponsored, pre-approved group, but still desire early move-in, you must still submit an application.  Please note that if approved, you will be billed $25 per night for your early arrival, and that not all check-in times are available for non-sponsored students.
