Early Arrival Information and Application
Baldwin Wallace University campus housing will open for the Fall 2012 semester on Thursday, August 23 for First Year Students, Friday, August 24 for apartment residents and on Saturday, August 25 for upper-class students. Any student who needs to arrive prior to these dates for any reason should carefully read the following information for approved early arrival times and dates.
If you are part of a sponsored, pre-approved group, you are still required to submit an early arrival application! Contact your coach, supervisor, etc. to make sure you are on their list and to find out if they have already submitted an application on your behalf.
Approved groups include:
- Fall Sports (football, cross-country, soccer, volleyball, and cheerleaders)
- Athletic Trainers
- Orientation Team
- International Student Services Ambassadors
- Marching Band
- Discover Cleveland Participants & Course Assistants
- CEP Members
- COL 101 Course Assistants
- Honors Program Residents (all)
- Final Orientation Session Participants
- Greek Moving Company
- Recreation Center Staff
- WOW Diversity Session Facilitators
- New Students attending the final orientation session
If you are not part of a sponsored, pre-approved group, but still desire early move-in, you must also submit an application. Please note that if approved, you will be billed $25 per night for your early arrival, and that not all check-in times are available for non-sponsored students.
