Project Affinity Student Director
The Project Affinity Student Director position is a unique opportunity for a student leader to plan and oversee our eight-week summer service program that is housed at BW’s Archwood House in the Brooklyn Centre neighborhood of Cleveland. He or she will be involved in everything from recruiting and selecting student participants, to establishing and maintaining relationships with community partner organizations, to overseeing the student participants while living and serving alongside them.
The planning portion of the experience (January-May) is an unpaid leadership position, while a stipend is provided for the eight-week summer portion.
Due to the nature of the program, the Student Director of Project Affinity and Project Affinity participants are not permitted to take classes, work, or take extended vacations during the eight-week immersion experience (June 1-July 27).
