Office of Community Outreach
Social Responsibility Statement

As a University office we are acutely aware of our social responsibilities and commit to operate in an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible manner. We are purposeful in our choices and actions that make a difference to the social and economic well-being of our communities. Examples include: recycling at events, purchasing sweatshop free apparel for events, and supporting local businesses.

Since its inception as a student-initiated program, the Office of Community Outreach (OCO) continues to support the University's mission of creating contributing, compassionate citizens

OCO offers a variety of ways for BW students to engage with their community at the local, national and international levels. Opportunities include: one-time service events, weekly service program, alternative break trips, international service experience, leadership positions, service-learning courses, and more! All programs are designed and led by student leaders!
