Director Position Responsibilities
IFC Director Positions Responsibilities (Appointed)
External Relations Director:
- Serve as Co-Chair/Co-Director with CPC External Relations Director
- Meet monthly with Chapter Public Relations chairs.
- Write, print, and distribute newsletters including, but not limited to, the Greek Life newsletter and bulletin.
- Assist in IFC fundraising and service events by collaborating with the Vice President of Programming and Fundraising.
- Facilitate and coordinate the Last Lecture Series.
- Host network events with interest groups on campus (i.e. Conservatory, sports teams, etc.).
- Establish and maintain relations with on campus and community organizations.
- Attend all IFC open business meetings, and Executive Board meetings upon request
Greek Sing Director:
- Serve as Co-Director with CPC Greek Sing Director.
- Coordinate and plan schedule of events for annual Greek Sing competition.
- Serve as Greek Sing committee’s chair, organizing and overseeing application process and delegating committee responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate meetings with chapter Greek Sing Directors.
- Attend all IFC open business meetings, and Executive Board meetings upon request
