The Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Center of Cleveland - The Center is a community-based non-profit agency working toward a society free of homophobia and gender oppression by advancing the respect, human rights and dignity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities. The Center serves as a reference/help desk for the entire LGBT community, pairing callers with (216-651-LGBT or toll-free 888-GAY-8761) LGBT-affirming doctors, lawyers, therapists, support groups and more.

TransFamily - TransFamily is a support group for transgendered and transsexual people, their parents, partners, children, other family members, friends, and supportive others. They provide referrals, literature, and over-the-phone information on all transgender issues. Although TransFamily meetings are held in Cleveland, Ohio, the Internet has enabled them to extend helping hands to transgendered individuals and their families across the globe.
PFLAG - Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays is an inclusive group composed of family members, friends, and individuals who are straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender.
PFLAG offers support, information and shared experiences to parents, siblings, spouses, and other family members and friends of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, and transgender individuals.
