This course will explore the origins of terrorism as a political tool, and as instrument of socio-economic disruption. What is the rationale behind terrorism? How do governments and societies respond? Can terrorism be stopped? The course will include contributions from a variety of BW faculty along with presentations by experts dealing with dimensions of this phenomena.
