CONDITIONING with Master Mike
Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:10am-6:55am - Dance Studio

YOGA with Melissa
Tuesdays/Thursdays 12-12:50pm - Dance Studio 

ZUMBA with Julie
Tuesday/Thursday 5:15-6 pm - Modular Court #3

INSANITY with Julie
Monday/Wednesday 5:30-6:15pm - Modular Court #3

BOOTCAMP with Scott
Tuesday/Thursday 12-1 pm - Multipurpose Room

WATER AEROBICS with Tammy - (instructor starts September 2nd)
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm - Pool  

EMPLOYEE LAP SWIM - lifeguard provided and work out posted - no coach on deck
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm - Pool  (NO CLASS August 25th)
