Mission Statement
The Purchasing Department at BW is dedicated to providing service and assistance to students, faculty and various departments in making the best decisions by identifying needs, providing information on current requirements and alternate sources of supply. Procurement will be made on the best terms and overall cost consistent with an appropriate level of quality. Acquisitions will be made on a competitive basis maximizing value for each dollar expended. We will give fair and impartial consideration to all interested suppliers, who can meet the requirements of the University in terms of quantity, quality, delivery and service.
