Resident Students:

The Jacket Express account cannot be reduced. You may participate in the PNC $150 transfer program if eligible. Students may request to have $150 transferred from their Jacket Express board plan to an active PNC checking account to use wherever Visa is accepted. A student must have an active PNC checking account and the BW Stinger card prior to requesting the $150 during the spring enrollment period. If the student does not have the $150 to cover the transfer, the student's BW Student Billing Account will be charged the $150. 

Any balance remaining at the end of Fall and Spring semesters will be credited to your Student Billing account.

Commuter Students: 

Any balance remaining on the Jacket Express account at the end of Fall will roll over to the Spring semester. Any balance remaining at the end of Spring will be credited back to your Student Billing account and your account wil be closed for the Academic year.
