Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Summer Hours:

Monday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday: Closed

• Good Friday
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving (Wed,Thurs.& Fri. of that week)
• Christmas Holiday Period (Will be posted by Nov.) 

Resident Students:

Will automatically receive $2335 on August 1, 2013.  Students may request a credit adjustment to their Jacket Express account by Friday August 30, 2013 ( Account adjustments can only be done the first week of each semester by obtaining and completing a form at the ID Office).  Any account adjustments over $250 will be reported to Financial Aid.  Financial Aid with then review the student's aid package and if needed, will adjust the student's package based on the adjusted amount requested.     

All Resident Student's Jacket Express account balances will be credited back at the end of Spring semester to the student's BW Student Billing Account.

Commuter Students: 

JKT Express Accounts opened in the fall will remain open through the end of Spring semester.  Any remaining balance at the end of Spring semester will be credited to the BW Student Billing Account.

PLEASE...if you misplace your ID card at anytime; contact the ID Office at (440) 826-2410 or after hours; Safety and Security at (440) 826-2336 to de-activate the card.
