Emergency Conditions
Emergency conditions are situations that require immediate action, because of safety, or the nature of the problem can become a emergency situation. They are as follows, but not exclusively limited to:
- Roof Leaks
- Power Outages
- Floods
- Broken Glass
- Natural Gas Smell
- Water Main Break
- No Hot or Cold Water in Building
- Elevator not working
- Fire Alarm
- Electrical outlet sparking
During normal working hours the appropriate department will be notified immediately.

During the hours of 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, dial extension x2233
After Hours Emergencies
For after hours emergency requests, contact Security at x2000 or x2336. Security will then contact the appropriate person for that emergency.
