Payments for Tuition and Fees

As soon as you have been admitted to BW, your BW username and email account are created. Utilizing these tools will be critical as they allow BW to better communicate with you during the enrollment process and beyond. Your username grants access to information regarding financial aid, orientation and the enrollment process, which will be sent to your BW email account. Please retrieve your username at your earliest convenience and begin monitoring your BW email account (login info is below).

To retrieve your BW Network Account, go to myaccount.bw.edu and confirm your identity using your BW student ID, which is printed on the enrollment confirmation card enclosed with your letter of admission. If you don't know your BW student ID or have questions, please contact the Admission Office at admission@bw.edu or (440) 826-2222.

Your BW username and email address will be displayed after completing this form.

Accessing BW Email Once You Have Retrieved Your BW Username

Log in: email.bw.edu

Submit payment with your enrollment agreement card or pay online now.

To pay online, log into the BW Payment Portal using your BW username. If you have questions, please contact the Admission Office at admission@bw.edu or (440) 826-2222.

In the BW Payment Portal, follow these steps to make your payment:

• Select DEPOSITS in the top menu
• Select your TERM
• From the SELECT A DEPOSIT dropdown, choose your DEPOSIT PAYMENT
• Complete the steps in Payment Portal using your preferred method of payment

Please note: Deposits are refundable until the May 1 priority deposit deadline but not thereafter.

Authorization will need to be assigned by the student if a parent or guardian would like to make an online payment toward the student billing account.

Instructions for Students to Authorize Parents/Guardians

To grant authorization, you will need to log into the BW Payment Portal using your BW username. Once in the Payment Portal, go to the "My Profile Setup" section, select the "Authorized Users" box, and add your authorized user(s).

In the BW Payment Portal, follow these steps to make your tuition payment:

• Select MAKE PAYMENT in the top menu
• SELECT PAYMENT OPTION
• Under AMOUNT DUE, add fees to be paid, and then select CONTINUE
• From the payment METHOD dropdown, select TransferMate.
  • With TransferMate, international students can pay tuition and fees in their home currency from nearly any country through the Payment Portal. Watch video for a short demo.
• Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

BW offers an interest-free payment plan option that allows students and families to spread the semester balance into monthly installments over the duration of the semester. View payment plan details, register for a payment plan and make payments through the BW Payment Portal.

If you are unable to register for your next semester due to a registration hold, the registration hold resolution roadmap can help you resolve your outstanding student balance and get you ready to register for next semester.

Complete the following steps to view your account balance and make payments on BW loans, account collections, and other miscellaneous payments. If you know your BW username and password, skip step 1 and go to step 2.

Former BW employees should start with step 1, current employees can follow step 2.

1. Access Your BW Username and Password
   To retrieve your BW username, go to myaccount.bw.edu. Answer the questions presented to confirm your identity. Once you have confirmed your identity, you will be provided with your username and then you will be prompted to establish your password.
2. View Your Account Balance and Make Payments
   Log into the BW Payment Portal using your BW username and password. You can view balances and select "Make Payment" to apply payments to your account.
