Baldwin Wallace’s Trzeciak, Pinter and Hamilton Named as CAPITAL ONE Academic All-America At-Large

BEREA, OHIO --  Baldwin Wallace University junior 6-time NCAA Division III All-American diver Julie Pinter (Broadview Heights/ Brecksville-Broadview Hts.), senior men’s tennis standout Alex Trzeciak (Avon Lake) and junior Division III “Elite 89” nominee and golfer Brooke Hamilton (Cleveland/ St. Joseph Academy) have been named to the 2012 CAPITAL ONE Academic All-America At-Large team. Pinter is a first-team selection, Trzeciak made the second team and Hamilton made the third team. (Complete Release)

Nine BW Student-Athletes Selected to Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference Teams


BEREA, OHIO --  Nine Baldwin Wallace University student-athletes have been selected on this year’s Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference teams, including five women and four men. In addition, six of the nine are repeat honorees from a year ago. (Complete Release)
  
   

Four BW Student-Athletes Selected to CAPITAL ONE Academic All-District VII Team


BEREA, OHIO --  Four Baldwin Wallace University student-athletes, junior 6-time NCAA Division III All-American diver Julie Pinter (Broadview Heights/ Brecksville-Broadview Hts.), junior Division III “Elite 89” nominee and golfer Brooke Hamilton (Cleveland/ St. Joseph Academy) and a pair of Division III national qualifying men’s tennis student-athletes in senior Alex Trzeciak (Avon Lake) and sophomore Brad Minrovic (Akron/ Ellet), have been named to the 2012 CAPITAL ONE Academic All-District VII team for their efforts in the classroom and on the field.  All four now qualify for the CAPITAL ONE Division III Academic All-America national ballot. INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- Baldwin Wallace University junior NCAA Division III All-American diver Julie Pinter (Broadview Hts./ Brecksville-Broadview Hts.) placed fourth tonight (Saturday, March, 24, 2012) in the three-meter diving competition at the Division III National Championship Meet. INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA- -- Baldwin Wallace University junior All-American diver Julie Pinter (Broadview Hts./Brecksville-Broadview Hts.) was the national runner-up tonight (Thursday, March, 22, 2012) in the one-meter diving competition at the Division III National Championships. AKRON, OHIO -- The Baldwin Wallace University men and women's swimming and diving teams completed competition today (Saturday, February 18, 2012) in the final day of the three-day Ohio Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships at the Ocasek Natatorium at the University of Akron. The championships were being hosted by Ohio Northern University.
