Next Steps After Admission


  1. Already accepted? Congratulations. Next you need pay $200 new student deposit.

  2. Look for I-20 Packet in the mail (sent via FedEx or DHL)

  3. Pay SEVIS 1-901 Fee.

  4. Make an appointment to apply for your VISA.

  5. Next, visit the Orientation page. On this page, you will be able to see and print the orientation schedule.  We ask that you arrive 2 days before orientation begins.  Also, please explore our website and make sure to read our Pre-Arrival Handbook as well as the Frequently Asked Questions page.

  6. Now, you need to book your flight. After you have confirmed your flight to the Cleveland Hopkins Airport, please contact Ms. Lurline Brotherson at lbrother@bw.edu with all of your flight information.

  7. Finally, pack your luggage and get ready for a new and exciting experience!
