Auditions are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. The Application, Conservatory Supplement, and $60 audition fee must be received by the college to reserve the audition date.

Submit your application to the College and Conservatory in one of two ways:
- Submit the BW online application which includes the Conservatory Audition Supplement OR
- Submit the Common Application and the Conservatory Supplement
Send your $60 Audition Fee:
- Check made out to Baldwin Wallace University OR
- Submit electronically at https://bursar.bw.edu
You must send your audition fee before your request to audition will be confirmed.
Students who wish to audition for Fall 2014 must have their application and audition fee postmarked by November 1, 2013 to audition in November; and by January 1, 2014 to audition in January, February, or March.
The following documents must be received prior to your audition:
- Application for Admission
- Music Essay
- Music Teacher Evaluation AND
- Audition Fee
Decision Letters regarding your status for the College and Conservatory are sent by December 15 or March 20; after you have auditioned and your application with all supporting credentials is complete.
Instrumentalists only who are unable to audition on campus may submit a recorded audition to digitalaudition.bw.edu. The application and audition fee are still required. All applicants are strongly encouraged to visit campus and meet with faculty, students and ensembles as they are able.
