I was walking back to the dorm from Economics on Monday afternoon when the first snowflake fell on the tip of my nose. I couldn’t believe it was snowing!!! Ever since I moved to Ohio for college I have not quite acclimated to the weather. It was so hot at the beginning of the semester. I would sweat and sit in front of the fan and contemplate transferring to a college in a less humid area of the country. Then fall was the amazing season of colors and scarfs. Finally, it was the winter season and I waited for the snow. There is still no snow and it's December!!!
In Alaska I am used to seeing snow before Halloween, so I’ve really missed seeing those beautiful white flakes. It was a great gift that got my spirits up for finals. Thank you for the snow!!!
