Certificate Program
in Accounting
The Certificate Program in Accounting can be completed by taking evening and/or Saturday courses at our main campus in Berea or BW East in Beachwood, Ohio.
The Accounting Certificate requires six accounting courses (18 credit hours). More than half of the courses must be completed at Baldwin Wallace University. Seven hours of course work may be transferred from other accredited colleges and universities as long as the courses are not more than 10 years old.
Classes are offered days and evenings/weekends. All courses in this certificate may be used to meet major requirements in the B.A. in Accounting.
The following four courses are required:

BW Certificate Programs
Build focused knowledge in a career-relevant area without completing an entire degree program. Certificates update and enhance career credentials. All courses are available in the Adult & Continuing Education Program, and may be completed on a part-time schedule. Certificate courses may be used to meet bachelor degree requirements.
