Hometown: Medina, Ohio

What is your career goal five years from now?
I hope to be working with special needs children in a not-for-profit physical therapy setting. I also hope to teach the art of dance to special needs children in my spare time.

What are you currently doing?
I am attending Chatham University in Pittsburgh to obtain my doctorate of physical therapy degree. I also will obtain a health fitness specialist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. With this certification, I hope to obtain a job in the field helping clients develop exercise prescriptions for better overall health and wellness.

How has BW helped you outside the classroom?
I have interned at a variety of different settings for physical therapy: Lifeworks of Southwest General Hospital, Southwest General Hospital, and at a post-acute rehabilitation setting at a geriatric facility..

What makes the BW professors special?
They put their heart into teaching us to become well-rounded individuals who can attain success in the professional world. They also dedicate their time to ensure we understand what we are learning and that we can apply what we've learned when we begin our future careers.
