Our Leadership Development Curriculum Includes:

The Baldwin Wallace Managing Operational Performance Certificate is a 4-course program designed to equip you with practical tools and techniques that will enhance the ongoing operational performance of your department.  Program courses must be completed within 18 months of date of first program. All courses offer PDU credit.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The Managing Operational Performance Certificate courses are designed for managers who facilitate meetings, juggle multiple internal and external projects, analyze work processes, and lead change efforts.

CERTIFICATE FEE: $1,663 - fee reflects a minimum 15% savings off regular course fees. BW Alumni will receive an additional 5% discount off the certificate fee. 
Payment for two courses must be made prior to the start of the program.
