*** Kate Rockwell is back on Broadway!  After originating the role of "Skylar" in workshop and national tour of Bring It On, the musical, the show is on Broadway.  I saw her over Labor Day and it is a thoroughly entertaining show - and she is fabulous (though I may be biased...) Check Playbill.com for details and ticket info. (Sept. 2012)

*** Antwaun Holley is headed out on the national tour of AMERICAN IDIOT!

*** Working Musical Theater grad update: Kara Konken just booked "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" with Eddie Mekka and "Grand Hotel" at Theatre Zone in Florida.  Rachel Jones is headed to sea on the Disney "Magic" as Cruella de Ville.  Ryan Jagru is portraying "Richie Valens" in THE BUDDY HOLLY STORY at the Ogunquit (Maine) Playhouse.  Kathleen Rooney is playing "Kira" in XANADU at the Beck Center for the Arts (Cleveland).  (Sept. 2012)

*** Ben Krumreig is performing with Ohio Light Opera this summer before he heads off to The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne where he has a full tuition scholarship with generous living stipend. (May 2012)

*** Jonathan Cooper is attending SongFest for the second year.  Having received this review from the SongFest exec. director last year, "Baritone, Jonathan Cooper...thoroughly impressed us with his musicality, vocal timbre, technical skill, and lovely demeanor," he's headed back to California for another productive a rewarding summer.  After SongFest, he'll be heading to Cincinnati's CCM for graduate school. (May 2012)

*** Look for Kathleen Rooney on an upcoming episode of Law & Order, SVU!  Check back to see when to set your DVRs.
