HOUSING: Housing costs run between $4,702 to $5,416** per person for an academic year. Students will share an apartment which includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven and stove, a bathroom and a living room. Apartments are furnished with a bed per resident, dresser, desk with chair, and dining table with chairs. The housing fee includes utilities, cable television, and a T3 Internet connection. Accepted students must email Kerry Mullen (firstname.lastname@example.org) at the BW housing office to reserve an apartment .
Housing rates are for one academic year (August through early May), should you plan to stay during the summer break there will be additional charges. A small storage area is available for those returning home during the summer break. Apartment residents must permit access to their apartment for health and safety inspections throughout the year. Students living in campus apartments are required to supply their own home supplies such as sheets, towels, cooking and eating utensils. Some students purchase home furnishings such as lamps, couches and electronics. The estimated cost for these purchases is around $500.
