The Center for Innovation & Growth's (CIG) mission is to teach students to compete in a turbulent economy. The focus is on recognizing their passions and learning how entrepreneurship creates opportunities when governed by personal integrity. Students explore ways to create social and economic value. CIG growth consulting projects and culture development programs bring together teams involving our partners, CIG Faculty and Student Fellows to address growth challenges.
At Baldwin Wallace University, CIG's "innovation without boundaries" is supported by The Burton D. Morgan Foundation, Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Blackstone Charitable Foundation, Philip E. and Carole R. Ratcliffe Foundation, and the University's local, national, and global partnerships.
CIG Partners
We operate with the generous support of our CIG partners, which are critical to our success. Our partners include: Cliffs Natural Resources, Inc., Ernst & Young, GOJO Industries, Inc., OEConnection, Parker Hannifin, PNC, and Westfield Group. Listen to what some of them have to say about us here.
CIG Program Sponsors
CIG sponsors connect students, entrepreneurs, and organizations through their support of ongoing CIG Network Events that take place over the year. Our current sponsors are The Carmon Group, Oswald Companies, Thogus, and University Hospitals. The latest sponsored events are on the CIG Network/Events page.
