Ulrich Nehring is a senior financial management executive with over 30 years of experience in the diagnostic imaging healthcare and vegetation management utilities consulting industries within both publicly traded companies with a global reach in addition to privately held companies.
Mr. Nehring has extensive business acumen in strategic planning, business combinations, treasury & banking, risk management, capital employed, manufacturing, consulting services, financial and business management.
As Chief Financial Officer of ACRT Inc., Mr. Nehring also served as Treasurer on their board of directors. Prior to this position Mr. Nehring was a senior financial management executive with Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. and several multinational strategic business units of Philips Medical Systems.
In addition to Mr. Nehring being an adjunct member of Baldwin Wallace University where he instructs International Finance, he is also an adjunct at Kent State University in their Executive MBA program instructing Business Finance in both the Corporate and Healthcare venues.
Mr. Nehring received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Cleveland State University and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. He is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
